Iron Prime is a structured strength class designed for adults 55+ who want to stay strong, stable, and independent. This class focuses on safe, progressive resistance training to support muscle mass, bone density, balance, and everyday function. All movements are scalable, coached, and purposeful — no impact, no rush, just effective training that supports long-term health and confidence.

Iron FLOW

Iron Flow blends mobility, balance, and strength in one powerful session. This class combines functional movement, deep core engagement, and controlled strength sequences using bodyweight, light dumbbells, or bands. It’s designed to enhance flexibility, improve movement quality, and restore balance to your training. Expect mindful transitions, intentional breath work, and a steady flow that leaves you feeling centered, strong, and recharged.

Each workout targets major lifts and accessory movements using barbells, dumbbells, and functional strength tools. Iron INTERVALS

Iron Intervals is a high-energy interval class designed to build strength, endurance, and power. Short bursts of work followed by quick recovery periods using a mix of cardio and strength movements to keep your heart rate up and your body challenged.

Iron STEP

Iron Step is a high-energy step class that combines athletic cardio with lower-body strength. Using the step platform, participants build endurance, coordination, and strong legs while moving through powerful, easy-to-follow combinations.
