ABOUT Our Gym

  • We anticipate our new location to be ready summer 2026 but until then we will be proudly operating out of the Locker Room location located on 99 Stannus Street as Iron Valley Fitness.

    We will also have our exclusive Performance Lab Spin Studio operational June 1st located at 2084 Evangeline Trail Falmouth Nova Scotia.

  • Yes! Iron Valley fitness will have experienced fitness coaches and group fitness instructors to support all fitness levels.

    Our team will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

  • Iron Valley Fitness  stands apart through expert coaching, a strong community culture and a results driven approach. We focus on personal connection,high quality programming, and creating an environment where every member feels supported 

  • The Locker Room Health & Fitness Club will officially close its doors on April 30, 2026. Iron Valley Fitness has acquired the business assets and will be taking over the lease at 99 Stannus St. starting May 1, 2026.

  • We are working hard to ensure there is no gap in your training! Iron Valley Fitness will begin operations at the 99 Stannus St. location on May 1st. You can expect to keep your workout routine on track throughout May, June, and July while we finalize our new flagship facility.

  • We want to make this as easy as possible:

    • Prepaid Memberships: If you have a prepaid membership that extends past April 30, Iron Valley Fitness will honor your remaining time. You don't need to do anything; just show up and train!

    • Month-to-Month Memberships: Billing through The Locker Room will cease after your April payment. We will provide simple onboarding steps to move your billing over to Iron Valley starting May 1st.

  • If you choose not to move forward with Iron Valley Fitness, you may request a pro-rated refund for any prepaid time from The Locker Room management. The deadline for refund requests is March 31, 2026. Any memberships not refunded by this date will be automatically transferred to Iron Valley Fitness.
