No shortcuts. Just learning how to train the right way.

Each group will train 1 night per week in a structured, coached environment focused on proper movement, discipline, and building a solid athletic foundation.

This is dryland training designed to develop:

• Strength

• Speed

• Coordination

• Athletic confidence

• Work ethic

IRON CADETS

(Ages 12-14)

8 × 45 minute group training sessions

Monday nights: 6:30 - 7:15pm

IRON VARSITY

(Ages 14-16)

8 × 45 minute group training sessions

Wednesday nights: 6:30 - 7:15pm

Whether your athlete plays sports or just wants to get stronger and more confident, this is where it starts.

  • 8-week dryland training program

  • Once a week on Monday nights for Cadets

  • Once a week on Wednesday nights for Varsity

  • Begins first week of June

  • Spots will be limited to keep coaching quality high
